(July 7, 2010 ) Karkwa was on hand at Toronto's Drake Hotel for yesterday's announcement :

"We sing in French," leader Louis-Jean Cormier told CBC Radio 3. "It's an enormous surprise for us. It shows an ouverture to the francophone language. We live in Canada, so we -I don't know. I don't want to go further. It's an honour for us."
